The atmosphere created was special! My twin/double room was available with an iron, a work desk, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. You can see swimming pool from your window and meet excellent and amicable staff especially on the day of check-out.

We had a great experience at Rich Hotel in Bishkek. From the moment we booked online, the hotel management was prompt in contacting us and arranging airport transfer. the staff's understanding of English was better than other countries we visited before. the facilities, such as the gym, pool, and on-site mini market, were great value for money. the location was also convenient, with interesting places in Bishkek within a 10-15 minute walk. we had a pleasant stay and a good memory of our trip to Kyrgyzstan.
